“ The smash burger is surprisingly very filling. At first glance, I didn’t think it was a nice sized burger, but that plus the large amount of fries definitely hit the spot. Very delicious. Admittedly, we also had the spinach and artichoke dip, which was extremely good. I wanted to try the mac n cheese too, which ended up being rather underwhelming. Will be back to try the ribs. ”

“ Midland/Odessa does not have many nicer restaurant options but Cork and Pig is one of them and a great one at that! My coworkers, a customer, and I had a reservation and we were promptly seated. Once seated, we had the best server ever. His name escapes my mind currently but he was absolutely amazing. I would go back just for him. We started off with some deviled eggs which were tasty and what you would expect. The halibut was excellently cooked with a crispy outer layer and juicy and tender in the middle. The side salad was also perfectly proportioned with all ingredients. I would definitely recommend going to Cork and Pig for a casual outing and/or a business meal. ”
